New Meaning for Heavyweight Mike Tyson

Evidently the credit crunch hasn't cut too deeply into the food budget of former "heavyweight" champion of the world, Mike Tyson.

Or Fat Mike as I like to call him... as long as he can't hear me.

Maybe the trend towards McDonald's Dollar menu, in light of the trying economic times, suits the former boxer just right. Stock prices for McDonalds have increased steadily over the past 5 years as has Mr. Tyson's waistline, despite a collapse of stock prices for other companies market wide.

Analyst say more people are taking the kids out to dinner to McDonald's as an alternative to more expensive eateries due to the fears and realities of economic problems facing the US and most of the world.

Analyst don't seem to be commenting on the bullish trend indicated by Tyson's bathroom scale.

I know this isn't the type of article I normally post but I had to find a way to share this picture of Iron Mike and somehow tie it to the economy.

I know its weak, but I bet you liked the picture.
